We take great pride in our packaging. Every comic is bagged and boarded, then secured in heavy-duty, crush-resistant mailers specifically designed to prevent corner dings and spine stress during transit.
When will my pre-order items ship?
Pre-order items are shipped on their official release date. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we typically hold the shipment until all items are available to save you on shipping costs.
What is your return policy for collectibles?
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that individual comic books and blind-box items are final sale to ensure the integrity of our inventory.
Do you offer a subscription or 'pull list' service?
Yes! We offer a comprehensive subscription service that allows you to reserve upcoming titles. You can manage your pull list through our website to ensure you never miss a variant cover or a new issue.
Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
If you have placed multiple orders that have not yet entered the shipping process, please contact our support team immediately. We will do our best to consolidate them and refund any excess shipping fees.
